It didn't start the first time so i opened plex in a tab and copied the same address into a new tab and made the port 33400 instead of 32400. i also removed everything after the port number and it allowed me to login to the tools and follow the directions above. some channels were gone, but look at Best Plugins for Plex has another module named as UAS- the Unsupported App Store.
